Ordering & Shipping

How fast will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays) and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Domestic delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after processing. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Do you offer same-day shipping?
Not currently. All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed.

Do you ship internationally?
We may ship to select international destinations. Customs processing and import rules for supplements vary by country, so please check your local regulations before ordering. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?
Because our products are ingestible supplements and skincare items, we don't accept physical returns for health and safety reasons. If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us and we'll issue a refund directly, no return shipment required. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us at tim.kabilov@solvilabs.com as soon as you notice the issue, and we'll make it right.

Product Quality & Safety

Are Solvi Labs products third-party tested?
Yes. Every Solvi Labs formula is manufactured in a cGMP-certified facility and is third-party lab tested to verify quality and label accuracy.

Are your supplements FDA approved?
Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA the way drugs are. Our statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Is it safe to take Solvi Labs products with medication or if I'm pregnant/nursing?
Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication.

Orders & Account

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at tim.kabilov@solvilabs.com. Because orders are processed quickly, we can't guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.
